As seasoned sociologists and educators,  co-founders Janine and Tim Bower have combined over 45 years of experience conducting and primary and secondary research and advancing theoretical and methodological approaches to tackling some of the most challenging issues faced by organizations and communities, including occupational burnout, interpersonal violence.

 

Together we draw upon decades of experience designing and delivering innovative learning strategies across a wide range of higher ed, community, and industry settings.
